Tiggers

2 - 3 Years Old
  • As your child becomes more independent the Tigger’s group is next and starting to become a little more grown up! We operate using a high practitioner to child ratio of 1:4 and the same full-time nursery practitioners, helping to ensure continuity for your child and you, the parent. The Tiggers’ room is a large dedicated building with a role-play area, a creative area, a cosy corner and a cafe snack area ensures that every child can develop essential skills for their future.

  • Tigger's Daily Routine

The Tiggers routine is aimed at helping to promote children’s confidence, self-esteem and independence. Aged from 2 to 3 years the Tiggers group helps the children to grow and develop at their own pace as individuals and helps the children to form new and strong relationships with their friends and the staff before moving on to our pre-school group the Owls. With carefully planned activities that encourage creativity, exploration and problem solving – learning through play has never been so much fun!

  • Bouncy Music

Once a week we hold our Tiggers bouncy music sessions led by Joe from Little Wing music.

Joe brings along his acoustic or electric guitar or even his tank drum as well as a selection of instruments for the children to experiment with and play along with him as he sings a mix of well known songs and rhymes. Each group has a 20 minute session held on Wednesday mornings.
